Maximum number of events to return (1-500; default 100).
Cursor: return only events with an event_id greater than this (0 = from the start). Pass the last event_id you saw to page forward.
Optional server-side filter: only events whose record is filed by this ticker's issuer or exposes it as a co-filer in tickers[] (case-insensitive). Composes with since — limit counts matched events, so a filtered backlog drains without gaps. Unknown ticker returns an empty 200. Does not change the price.
