BARRIER — collect results from N sub-agents: each gets its own arrive URL; when the last one reports, ONE webhook fires with everything collected; a missed deadline sends a partial event naming who's missing. LOCK — exactly one agent performs a critical step: others get 409 naming the holder, and leases expire on their own, so a crashed agent never blocks the rest.
