NYC: Search By Party Name
Search ACRIS recorded documents by party (business or person) name. Returns paginated results with document ID, type, parties, borough/block/lot, dates, and amounts. Supports optional filters for borough, document class, party type, and date range. Results are returned in pages; use the page parameter and has_next/has_previous flags to paginate. Each page returns up to max_rows results (default 25, max 99). The search uses prefix matching on the name. Search NYC Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for recorded documents by party name. Find liens, judgments, mortgages, UCC filings, deeds, and other documents recorded against a business or person in New York City. Retrieve full document details including all parties, legal descriptions, amounts, and remarks. Fulfilled by Parse from a836-acris.nyc.gov.

Page number for pagination.
Filter by NYC borough. Omitted returns all boroughs.
End date for custom date range in YYYY-MM-DD format. Must be used together with date_from.
Maximum results per page. Accepted values: 10, 25, 50, 99.
Start date for custom date range in YYYY-MM-DD format. Must be used together with date_to. Overrides date_range when both date_from and date_to are provided.
Filter by document class. Omitted returns all classes.
Preset date range filter. Ignored when date_from and date_to are both provided. Omitted searches all dates.
Filter by party role. Omitted searches all parties.
