Fetch current deals from the Amazon.pl goldbox/deals page. Returns a list of deal products with ASIN, title, URL, price, currency, and image. The deals list changes frequently as Amazon rotates promotions. When currency is specified, only deals priced in that currency are returned (amazon.pl prices are in PLN). Omitting currency returns all deals regardless of price availability. Scraper for Amazon.pl - Polish Amazon marketplace. Provides product search, category browsing, deal listings, and search suggestions. Fulfilled by Parse from amazon.pl.
