DOS: Get Entity Detail
DOS via Parse · government_public
Retrieve full details for a specific entity by DOS ID. Returns general entity information (name, type, status, filing dates, jurisdiction, county), service of process address, registered agent, CEO/principal executive officer, principal executive office address, stock information, and filing history. Makes two requests: one for entity record detail and one for filing history. The dos_id is produced by search_entities. Search the New York Department of State Corporation & Business Entity Database by entity name or DOS ID, and retrieve full entity details including filing history. Fulfilled by Parse from apps.dos.ny.gov.
