BOT: Scrape Bonds

Retrieve bond auction results from the Bank of Tanzania (bot.go.tz). Returns detailed data for each auction including dates, bond types, amounts issued, bid-to-cover ratios, and interest rates. Results are returned in reverse chronological order (most recent first). Each auction requires a separate request so higher limit values increase response time. API to extract government bond auction results from the Bank of Tanzania, providing detailed statistics on issuance, bidding, and yields. Fulfilled by Parse from bot.go.tz.
