Retrieve the full text and metadata of a specific publication. Provide either a direct detail URL or a query with item_index to find and fetch the publication. The scraper performs a search and navigates to the detail page within the same session. Detail URLs are session-dependent; prefer using query with item_index for reliability. API for searching and retrieving official announcements, financial disclosures, and company filings from the German Bundesanzeiger. Supports full-text search, category filtering, and detail extraction. Fulfilled by Parse from bundesanzeiger.de.
