Bzaek: Get Goz Code Detail

Fetches the full detail for a specific GOZ code including description, point value, fees at different factors (1.0x, 2.3x, 3.5x), commentary, billing provisions, and related codes. Requires both the code number and section slug. API to extract GOZ (Gebuehrenordnung fuer Zahnaerzte) and GOAE fee schedule data from BZAEK (Bundeszahnaerztekammer), including sections, codes, fees, analog services, court rulings, and official statements. Fulfilled by Parse from bzaek.de.
