Returns the cadastral reference(s) of the parcel at given XY coordinates. Returns upstream_error if no cadastral parcel exists at the specified location. Access Spanish cadastral data including provinces, municipalities, streets, addresses, property references, coordinates, and parcel information from the official Catastro service. Fulfilled by Parse from catastro.minhap.es.
