Returns all streets/roads (vías) of a municipality matching the search criteria. Searches by partial name match. Both provincia and municipio must be in uppercase. Access Spanish cadastral data including provinces, municipalities, streets, addresses, property references, coordinates, and parcel information from the official Catastro service. Fulfilled by Parse from catastro.minhap.es.
