FEI: Search Persons

Search for persons (athletes, officials, owners) by last name or FEI ID. At least one parameter should be provided. Returns matching persons with roles and an encrypted ID (Name_id) for detail lookups. API for the FEI (Fédération Equestre Internationale) Database at data.fei.org. Provides access to horse records, person/athlete profiles, competition results, rankings, calendar events, and national federation details. Fulfilled by Parse from data.fei.org.
