Mospi: Get Product Metadata

Fetches metadata for a specific statistical product including its category, data source, time period coverage, frequency, and key statistics. The product_id is a short string identifier obtained from the dashboard products list. Returns a single product metadata object. API for accessing Indian government statistical data from MoSPI (esankhyiki.mospi.gov.in).
