DOS: Get Entity Details

Retrieve detailed information for a Pennsylvania business entity by its entity number. Returns entity details including registered office address, principal address, registered agent, officers/governors, formation date, jurisdiction, status, standing, business activity, and complete filing history. The entity_number must be the 10-digit zero-padded number (e.g. '0003299074') as returned by search_entities; if a shorter numeric string is supplied the scraper zero-pads it automatically. Makes two upstream requests: one for entity details and one for filing history. Search and retrieve Pennsylvania Department of State business entity records including registration details, officers, and filing history. Fulfilled by Parse from file.dos.pa.gov.
