Fetch calendar events filtered by impact levels and/or currencies. Applies client-side filtering over the full calendar week. Optionally converts event times to a specified IANA timezone. The event_time_utc field is derived from the source's machine-readable UTC timestamp (dateline). The display time field is converted from event_time_utc to the requested timezone.
