Govdata: Get Recently Updated Datasets

Retrieve datasets sorted by most recent modification date descending. Equivalent to search_datasets with sort='metadata_modified desc' and no query. Useful for monitoring new data on the portal. Access the German Federal Open Data Portal (govdata.de) to search and retrieve dataset metadata, organizations, categories, and resources via the CKAN API. Fulfilled by Parse from govdata.de.
