Get all courses/programmes offered by a specific institution. Each course includes UTME subject combinations, O'level requirements (utme_requirements HTML), direct entry requirements, and remarks. Returns paginated results with 20 items per page. The query param filters courses by name within the institution. API for JAMB's Integrated Brochure and Syllabus System (IBASS) — provides access to Nigerian institution data and course/programme requirements including UTME subjects and O'level prerequisites.
