KCB: Query All Code

Retrieve a list of ICD-10 codes from the classification tree. By default returns 3-character category codes. Set include_subcategories to true to also retrieve 4-character subcategory codes (significantly slower). Use limit_chapters to restrict traversal scope. Access Vietnamese ICD-10 classification codes and disease information from icd.kcb.vn Fulfilled by Parse from icd.kcb.vn.
