Delaware: Search Entities
Delaware via Parse · government_public
Search the Delaware Division of Corporations entity database by entity name or file number. Returns up to 50 matching entities with file number and entity name. At least one of entity_name or file_number must be provided. When more than 50 matches exist, the response includes exceeded_limit=true; refine the search to narrow results. Entity name search is case-insensitive; wrap the name in quotation marks for an exact match. File number search returns exactly one result when found. Search the Delaware Division of Corporations entity database by entity name or file number, and retrieve detailed entity information including incorporation date, entity type, residency, and registered agent details. Fulfilled by Parse from icis.corp.delaware.gov.
