Search for offenders in a specific agency jurisdiction by name or city. Returns a paginated list of offenders with basic info (name, address, city, zip). Requires an agency_id from the list_agencies endpoint. Some agencies require disclaimer acceptance and will return an error; use agencies that do not require it (e.g. Collin County 54336). Access sex offender registry data across various US jurisdictions powered by OffenderWatch/SheriffAlerts. Supports agency discovery by state, offender search by name/city, and detailed profile extraction including physical descriptions, offenses, and addresses. Fulfilled by Parse from icrimewatch.net.
