Retrieve citation metadata for a paper given its IEEE Xplore URL or DOI. Returns exactly the fields from the 'Cite This' section: authors, journal/conference title, paper title, year, volume, issue number, pages, and DOI. Accepts either a full document URL (e.g. https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/9547332) or a DOI string (e.g. 10.1109/ACCESS.2021.3115349). When a DOI is provided, it is resolved via search to find the article number before fetching metadata. Search and retrieve academic papers, journals, and references from IEEE Xplore digital library. Fulfilled by Parse from ieeexplore.ieee.org.
