Retrieve the captions/subtitles location URL for a video asset. Returns the URL to the .srt subtitle file. Only works for video items that have captions available; returns input_not_found for items without captions. Search and retrieve media from the NASA Image and Video Library, including trending items, high-resolution assets, metadata, and captions. Fulfilled by Parse from images.nasa.gov.
