Retrieve all vehicle models for a given year and make. Each model includes a numeric modelId, modelName, and the parent make information. Use makeId from get_makes as the make_id parameter. Access vehicle data from Kelley Blue Book including year/make/model lookups, expert ratings, OBD-II diagnostic codes, and current lease deals. Fulfilled by Parse from kbb.com.
