Mahatenders: List Tenders By Organisation

List all tenders for a specific organisation. Requires the organisation's tender list URL obtained from the list_organisations endpoint. The URL contains a session token; if it has expired, the endpoint will establish a fresh session and navigate to the organisation's tenders. Scraper for extracting government tenders from the Maharashtra eProcurement System (mahatenders.gov.in). Provides tender listings by closing date with pagination, full tender details, and organisation-wise tender browsing. Fulfilled by Parse from mahatenders.gov.in.
