VIC: Find Address Candidates Spi

Lookup parcels by Standard Parcel Identifier (SPI). Returns candidate parcel locations with coordinates and attributes. Partial SPI matching is supported (e.g. plan number without lot prefix). The MapShare Victoria API provides comprehensive geocoding and address search services for the state of Victoria, Australia. It includes endpoints for standard street addresses, lot/parcel identifiers (SPI), suburbs, streets, postcodes, and Crown land. All data is retrieved from official Victorian government ArcGIS REST services. Fulfilled by Parse from mapshare.vic.gov.au.
