Search for a location by name to get coordinates, display name, and address details. Returns up to 5 matching results from the geocoding service. Each result includes latitude, longitude, display_name, address components, and OpenStreetMap metadata. Use to resolve a city name into coordinates for get_forecast. API to extract detailed weather forecasts from meteo.pl (ICM UW) including temperature, pressure, wind, precipitation, and cloud data for multiple models (UM, GFS). Fulfilled by Parse from meteo.pl.
