Returns the total count of domain labels matching a regex pattern without fetching per-TLD availability. Useful for estimating result size before running a full search_domains query — patterns producing over 50,000 matches will only return a count from search_domains anyway. Search for available domain names using regular expression patterns, with TLD availability for .com, .net, .org, .co, and .io Fulfilled by Parse from namegrep.com.
