GMU: Get Cdl Image

Convert a CDL GeoTIFF file URL into a rendered image (PNG or KML). Accepts a GeoTIFF URL (typically from get_cdl_file) and returns one or more rendered image URLs. Access USDA Cropland Data Layer (CDL) services including crop statistics, images, and file downloads for agricultural land use analysis by FIPS code. Fulfilled by Parse from nassgeodata.gmu.edu.
