Retrieve the full text content of a specific Hungarian law by its ID. Returns title, subtitle, effective date, ELI link, structured sections, and the complete plain text. The law_id is obtained from search_laws results. Search and retrieve Hungarian laws, decrees, and legal documents from the Nemzeti Jogszabálytár (National Legislation Database) at njt.jog.gov.hu. Fulfilled by Parse from njt.jog.gov.hu.
