Finds the Local Planning Authority responsible for a given UK postcode. Resolves the postcode to addresses with OS grid coordinates, then performs a spatial lookup to identify the LPA boundary. Returns both the resolved addresses and the matching LPA details including lpaCode and lpaName. A single postcode may resolve to multiple addresses but typically maps to one LPA. The Planning Portal API provides programmatic access to the UK's national planning application service directory, guidance, and LPA search tools.
