Get the binary daily commodity direction (Up or Down) market from Polymarket for a given commodity and date. Automatically discovers the correct event, validates the commodity, date, and market structure, and normalizes outcomes by semantic label (Up/Down). Returns current live probabilities and order-book data including per-outcome bid-ask spreads, or a historical snapshot when as_of is supplied.
