Get resistance ratings for all materials against a specific chemical. Returns a list of materials with their resistance rating (resistant, limited resistance, or not resistant). Provide either chemical_id or chemical_name to identify the chemical. At least one must be provided. API for Reichelt Chemietechnik (rct-online.de) providing chemical resistance data and product information. Fulfilled by Parse from rct-online.de.

- chemical_id (string): Numeric ID of the chemical from get_chemical_list endpoint (e.g. '11' for Abietic acid).
- chemical_name (string): Exact name of the chemical as returned by get_chemical_list (e.g. 'Abietic acid'). Used to resolve the chemical_id internally.
