Maryland: Get Daily Estate Leads

Retrieve recently filed estates across Maryland counties for the last 1-2 days. For each estate found, fetches the detail record to include Personal Representative contact information and a Pro Se indicator (true when no attorney is listed). Results can be filtered to a single county or returned for all major supported counties (Montgomery, Prince George's, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Howard). This endpoint makes multiple upstream requests and may take longer to complete. Scraper for the Maryland Register of Wills Estate Database. Provides endpoints for searching estates by county, name, date range, and status; retrieving full estate detail records including Personal Representative and Attorney contacts; searching claims filed against estates; fetching daily estate leads; and looking up county reference IDs.
