Sakani: Get Popular Units
Retrieve individual property units from the sakani.sa marketplace, sorted by popularity. Each unit includes pricing, size, bedroom/bathroom counts, floor number, and associated project information. Results are filtered by geography, unit type, bedrooms, and price range. No pagination — the full filtered set is returned in one response (capped by limit). Public API for Saudi Arabia's official housing portal (sakani.sa) providing access to land projects, property units, and real estate listings. No authentication required. Fulfilled by Parse from sakani.sa.

Inputs
Maximum number of units to return. In feed mode the site never returns more than 5; in project mode omission returns 50 and values above 200 are clamped to 200.
Number of matching units to skip before the returned page (project mode continuation; pass the previous offset plus the number of units received while has_more is true). Ignored in feed mode.
Filter by city ID (e.g. 14 for Riyadh).
Ordering of the returned units: popularity order as served by the site, or most recently listed first by listed_at. Unrecognized values are rejected.
Filter by number of bedrooms.
Maximum price filter in SAR.
Minimum price filter in SAR.
Filter by region ID (e.g. 1 for Riyadh region).
Filter by unit type.
Comma-separated numeric project IDs, e.g. 1004,1390 (project_id values as emitted by get_popular_projects without the 'project_' prefix, or the unit project.id). When given, units are sourced from these projects' available-units lists instead of the popular feed. At most 20 IDs; non-numeric values are rejected.
