Sedarplus: Search Financial Disclosure Range

Search SEDAR+ financial disclosure documents within a bounded date range. Returns filing metadata (profile, document name, exact submitted timestamp with seconds and timezone, jurisdiction, file size, language) without downloading any PDFs. Pagination is deterministic: the caller controls page and page_size (default 100, max 500). Date ranges are limited to max_days (default and hard maximum 31 days). Each call makes 2 upstream requests (session + search) plus 1 per additional upstream page needed (upstream pages hold 30 items). The upstream_request_count field reports the actual number of SEDAR+ requests made. When language is not 'all', client-side filtering is applied to the current page; total_results reflects the unfiltered upstream count. document_url is a session-scoped link valid only during the SEDAR+ session. Empty result pages are valid. Canadian public filing database (SEDAR+) API for retrieving company profiles, regulatory filings, reporting issuers, and disciplinary records.
