Fetch a paginated list of questions from Super User with optional tag filtering and sorting. Returns questions with full body HTML. Paginates via integer page parameter; has_more indicates additional pages. Each question includes owner info, tags, scores, and timestamps as Unix epoch integers. Access questions, answers, comments, and hot network questions from Super User (superuser.com) using the Stack Exchange API. Fulfilled by Parse from superuser.com.
