List events from the California State Assembly. Returns today's events, upcoming events, past events with video links, or all combined. Past events include media_slug values that can be used with get_event_media to retrieve stream URLs. Today and upcoming events include structured start/end times when available via calendar data. Access California State Assembly events and their video stream metadata including HLS m3u8 URLs. Fulfilled by Parse from www.assembly.ca.gov.
