Search for commercial real estate properties by type with pagination. Returns listing summaries including price, cap rate, NOI, location, and broker info. Supports sorting by relevance, price, cap rate, or listing date. Server-side filtering is limited to property type and price range; finer filters require client-side post-processing. Each PropertySummary exposes a .details() navigation to the full Property. Search and retrieve commercial real estate property listings from Crexi.com. Filter by city name exactly as the site records it, e.g. Los Angeles (case-sensitive; a lowercase spelling matches nothing). Comma-separated names match any of them. Usually combined with state to disambiguate cities that exist in several states. Omit for all cities.
Page number (1-based)
Filter by US state: 2-letter postal code such as CA (case-insensitive; full state names are rejected). Comma-separated codes match any of them, e.g. CA,TX. Omit for all states.
