Get full details for a single UCC filing by its UCC number, including the complete amendment/filing history. Makes one request for filing details and, when amendments exist, a second request for the filing history. Returns stale_input with kind input_not_found if the UCC number does not exist. The filing_history array contains all amendment, continuation, assignment, and termination events in descending date order. Search and retrieve Florida Secured Transaction Registry (UCC) filings by debtor name or filing number, including filing details, parties, and amendment history.
