Incometaxindia: Get Notifications

Search and browse notifications with optional year filter, text search, and pagination. Returns one page of results with pagination metadata (total_count, last_page). Each notification includes its number, title, dates, document info, and categories. Omitting all filters returns the most recent notifications across all years. Access notifications from the Income Tax Department of India (incometaxindia.gov.in) spanning 1961 to 2026. Supports filtering by year, pagination, and text search. Fulfilled by Parse from www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
