RBZ: Get Available Rates

List all dates for which exchange rate PDFs are available in a given month and year. Returns date entries indicating whether the rate PDF is published. Use this to discover valid dates before calling get_daily_rate. Two upstream page requests per call. Provides daily interbank exchange rates published by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ), including bid, ask, and mid rates for multiple currencies against both USD and ZWG. Fulfilled by Parse from www.rbz.co.zw.
