When true, each available date in the range carries its full list of bookable reservation slots (start, end, table type, token, size, payment) and the calendar is narrowed to dates that have slots; costs one extra lookup per available date, capped at 14 dates per call. Ignored when preferred_time is set (that mode already returns slots).
Preferred dining time in the venue's local time, as 24h HH:MM (e.g. 20:00) or 12h like 8pm / 8:30pm; normalized to HH:MM in the response. When set, only dates with bookable slots at or near this time are returned, each with those slots. Omitting returns the plain per-date calendar with no slot lookups (unless include_slots is true).
