Riksbank: Get Calendar Events

Request fields
- year (string): 4-digit calendar year (e.g. 2026, 2027). Defaults to the current year. Only years with published calendars are available (currently 2026 and 2027).
- month (integer): Month number (1-12) to filter events. When omitted, returns events for all months of the specified year.
