Trademe via Parse · Real Estate

Get all New Zealand regions, districts, and suburbs. Returns the full locality hierarchy: regions contain districts, districts contain suburbs. Useful for discovering valid location paths for the search_properties endpoint. Single-page response, no parameters. Search residential property listings for sale on TradeMe (New Zealand's largest property marketplace). Get property details including price, location, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. Also provides a localities endpoint to look up region/district/suburb IDs for filtering. Fulfilled by Parse from www.trademe.co.nz.
