Search for California real estate licenses by name, city/state, or license ID. Returns a list of matching licenses with summary info. At least one of license_id or name must be provided. Results include license ID, name, license type, city, and mortgage loan originator status. Returns up to 338+ results in a single response (no server-side pagination exposed). Look up and search California Department of Real Estate (DRE) public license records. Retrieve license type, holder name, mailing address, license status, expiration date, issue date, former names, responsible broker details, and disciplinary action information.
