Makes two sequential requests: one to encrypt the case number and one to fetch the case record. Returns stale_input when the case number is not found. Look up civil, family, and probate court cases in Miami-Dade County by case number. Returns full case details including parties, attorneys, docket entries, hearings, and disposition information.
