Realtor: Search Rented Listings

Search for active rental (for-lease) property listings within a geographic bounding box with rent price and property filters. Returns paginated results ordered by the sort parameter. Uses TransactionTypeId=4 internally to target active for-lease listings. Price filters apply to monthly asking rent (e.g. price_min=1500 filters to listings asking $1500/month or above). Each listing includes asking rent price, address, bedrooms, bathrooms, photos, MLS number, agents, and time on realtor. Search for recently sold property listings within a geographic bounding box with price and property filters. Returns paginated results ordered by the sort parameter. Uses TransactionTypeId=5 internally to target sold listings. Each listing includes sold date, sold price (when available), and a tag indicating how recently it was sold. The days_back parameter limits results to listings sold within the specified number of days; omitting it returns all available sold listings.
